  • Prepare a comparative market analysis (CMA) prior to making an offer.
  • Review lead paint, radon and seller’s disclosure statements.
  • Prepare a written offer reflecting your price and terms.
  • Provide a list of attorneys, home inspectors and warranty companies, if needed.
  • Assist in examining and resolving contract contingencies.
  • Accompany you on a final walk through of the property before closing.

  • Assist with staging your home  
  • Prepare a comprehensive market analysis (CMA).
  • Create an information flyer  
  • Arrange for a virtual tour.
  • Post a yard sign and brochure box.
  • Install a keybox to track showings and provide feedback from other agents.
  • List your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
  • Market your home to area realtors through electronic bulletin boards and/or by flyer in the Champaign County Association of Realtors (CCAR) office.
  • Notify other RE/MAX Choice agents and arrange a realtor tour of your home.

  • Examine and negotiate contract offers and address any contingencies.
